How do I register my Will?

You can Register online, by Post or through your Solicitor, Will Writer or Estate Planner.

Online
- Simply click on the Register button on the main menu.

By Post
- Click on the Register button on the main menu. Print a copy of the Registration Form. Complete and send to Freepost WILLDATA together with the appropriate payment. You do not need a stamp or any futher address details. Cheques and Postal Orders should be made payable to WILLDATA. Please do not send cash.

Through your Intermediary - Many Solicitors, Will Writers and Estate Planners use Willdata.info, and will register your Will with us on your behalf. If they do not offer to do this, you should insist that they do in order to protect your family and loved ones..
