How do I register my Will?
You can Register
online for FREE, or through your Solicitor, Will Writer or Estate
Planner.
Online - Simply click on the Register
button on the main menu.
Through your Intermediary - Many Solicitors, Will Writers
and Estate Planners use Willdata.info, and will register your
Will with us on your behalf. If they do not offer to do this,
you should insist that they do in order to protect your family
and loved ones.
Unfortunately we cannot accept Registrations by post.
